Areas: Each area has a full list of courses to develop learning, skills and career.

Agility has at present roughly 14 areas of training each holding a range of training courses and different levels within each area. It also has a range of stand alone courses with different levels. All have advice, information, guidance and support for trainers and learners. Within each of the areas for training, all training courses are not mandatory and training course options are available from other areas if required from the appropriate level. Each training areas and training courses have training resources that are easy to complete and more difficult to complete, to cater for differentiation. The training sessions are in the cognitive domain, affective domain the psychomotor domain and creative domain to respond to different learning styles and learning levels.

Agility offers learners to develop their career training courses which is engaging and training resources to develop the learner. These include icebreakers, workbooks, worksheets, games, mysteries, exercises, tests, choice, interactive digital, step in, step out and step back experiences, and ICT resources which are aesthetic to the eye. Agility aim and objectives outcomes for learners are to develop the whole person of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values. Our commitment is to offer training to the learner to be employed and sustain employment and to offer training to employers that they need to develop their business.

Agility People Services will guide you through “Key Skills”, Virtual Sessions from Works experience, managing debt, IT keeping safe, communication and more.
